Why it pays for itself

Customers check. Your phone stays quiet.

Every time a customer opens their tracking link is a call or WhatsApp your team didn’t have to answer. The dashboard counts them for you.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do my customers need an app or an account?

No. They get a link by WhatsApp, SMS or email and open it on their phone. No app, no login, no password.

Will it look like my company?

Yes. Your name, logo and brand colour are on every tracking page. Pale or bright colours are adjusted automatically so text stays readable.

Does it pull updates from shipping lines automatically?

Not yet. Your staff post updates in a few seconds each, which keeps you in control of what customers see. Carrier connections (for example Maersk) are planned as an add-on.

How does WhatsApp sharing work?

One tap opens WhatsApp on your phone or computer with the customer’s name, reference and link already written. You press send from your own number. Nothing to set up with Meta.

What does it cost?

US$99 a month, flat, for your whole team. No per-user fees. Start with a free 14-day pilot on your real shipments.

Who runs it?

Portline is built and hosted by Mirus. We set up your workspace, keep it running and help your staff get started.

See it with sample shipments, then with yours.
